Frequently Asked Questions
What does it mean to have big faith?
Having big faith means trusting in God’s plan beyond what we see in the present. It’s about having the courage to step into the unknown and persevere through life’s challenges, believing that God is leading us to something greater. Our journey has been a testament to that! Facing our fears, embracing each season, and watching God work wonders in our marriage, family, and dreams.
How do you define success in marriage and in life?
Success is a partnership that grows stronger in love and faith each day. In marriage, it’s about staying committed to growth and serving each other, even during life’s messier moments. In life, we find success through faithfulness to our purpose, knowing that our legacy is what we sow into others. For us, this means building a life that reflects God's love, helping others see that same beauty in their own lives.
How do you both balance family, work, and romance?
Irish: We make time for each part of our lives intentionally. Family is central; we’re there for each other’s needs and celebrate each victory, big or small.

Trent: Communication is key—we plan, pray together, and share responsibilities. Romance, for us, is about cherishing the small moments as much as the big ones. Prioritizing each other is a daily choice we make to strengthen our bond.
What attracts you to each other?
We’re drawn to each other’s passion and faith. Irish’s wisdom and loyalty keep us grounded, while Trent’s strength and compassion inspires me. We’re each other’s confidants, constantly discovering new things to love as we grow.
What are your personal values individually as well as a couple?
We value integrity, kindness, and resilience. As a couple, our commitment to faith and honesty defines us. We believe in giving generously and serving faithfully—both in our marriage and to the community we’re blessed to reach.
What should a man or woman look for in a potential soulmate/life partner?
Seek someone whose heart aligns with your purpose and who shares your commitment to faith. Look for a partner who believes in open communication, respect, and the courage to face challenges.
How do you continuously make your marriage a priority?
We make our marriage a priority by regularly reconnecting. This might be a quiet evening sharing our hearts or a weekend getaway. We make time to talk, reflect on our dreams, and hold each other accountable in love. Making God the center of our relationship is our foundation.
Tell me how you’ve navigated having blended family?
Blending families has its challenges, but love and patience guide us. We strive for unity, respecting each person’s unique role and working to create a sense of belonging. Big Faith explores our experiences and provides guidance for others on this journey.
